I choke up every time that line is quoted from the motion picture, Into the Wild. I think this sentiment can extend to sharing the healing power of music.
This will be a short and simple post, but nonetheless, a gift from me to you. I’m often asked about my playlist in yoga class and I thought I’d share one of many playlist I offer in Restorative Yoga. May it enhance your practice and provide a lovely backdrop for a lazy (and well deserved) afternoon.
